Sometimes it’s easy to look in the mirror and not like the person looking back. Maybe it's the haircut or the pimples or your nose or your complexion or whatever you don't like. The great thing is what the song lyrics and the Scripture say God formed you, treasures you, and that you are wonderful. And more importantly he has set you aside to do his work. Just as you are God can use you and God wants to use you.

Pick one of the song lyrics or the scripture, write it on a note card or piece of paper, and carry it with you all day. Then hang it in your room or someplace where you will see it every day. Throughout the day and for the next week or so remind yourself of that message.

Pray today that God will help you see yourself the way God sees you.
